Home Visits

Patients whose health prevents them from attending the surgery can be visited in their own homes. Requests for house calls are best made before 10.30am. All requests will be telephoned back by a doctor who will assess the urgency of the request. Non-urgent requests for reviews of treatment at home will only be accepted before 10.30am except in exceptional circumstances. Please remember, however, that house calls are time consuming and that doctors can see at least three patients in the time taken to visit a home.
